You’re not Doing Much Exercise?

you are not doing much exercise

Perhaps the situation I will comment below is not very common, but it happens … happens. There are people who become obsessed with exercise and do more physical activity than your body can tolerate. They are so focused on achieving their goals are not being hurt in the process.

Sobreejercitarse or exercising compulsively occurs when a person fails to make physical activity, to the extent that the activity becomes unsafe and unhealthy.

A regular exercise program and controlled gives us a lot of health benefits, and it is normal to feel a little tired after making activity. But if you’re doing more of what you need, you are probably hurting, you’re not letting your body recover.

Make physical activity five or six days a week for thirty minutes or a little more, and will let you see some benefits in your fitness quickly. More than that and can turn dangerous.

Some sobreejericio symptoms include chronic fatigue, muscle pain, difficulty sleeping, increased heart rate, headache, irritability, loss of motivation, depression, poor appetite, weight loss, sudden and severe wounds.

If you feel any of these symptoms you are probably suffering the consequences of overloading. In that case you should relax, remember that physical work is progressive and takes time. Not exercising is as bad as doing it wrong or do too much. In the practice of physical activity can also be said that “in excess is bad.”
