Underwater natural childbirth
“Maya was born in the water naturally, using methods of deep relaxation. My labor was easy, so it is hard to call it a job. My contractions were getting stronger and when I realized was born. The environment was incredibly soothing, very different from my first son who was born in a hospital. The water supported me and relaxed my body and tissues. Easily and smoothly Maya was born after only two hours of labor. Under normal circumstances I can not think of giving birth otherwise ”
