Home remedies for chilblains
Chilblains are areas swollen, red and inflamed skin that sting and burn as a result of exposure to cold. Chilblains usually appear in the earlobe, nose, cheeks or in the fingers and toes.

Make a poultice by mixing a raw onion pounded with honey and salt. Then apply directly to chilblains using wet towels to the mix and squeezed. You can also dip before sleeping in the bed hands and feet for 20 minutes. Then cover with gloves and socks for the rest of the night.
